Together with the visionary leadership of President Brian Lowe and Vice President Javon Ronel, The Unique Experience is swiftly positioning itself as a leader in the industry.

Derek Gaskins
Brings over two decades of experience in developing successful brands and businesses into billion-dollar enterprises.
Derek has been instrumental in shaping the fast-growing retail brand Yesway, which boasts over 425 locations, into a formidable force in the industry. In his role as CMO, he oversees all aspects of merchandising, marketing, advertising, private label, procurement, and brand engagement. Derek’s leadership is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with Yesway’s supplier partners to drive aggressive growth and enhance the organization’s go-to-market strategic plan. Derek is instrumental in developing strategic relationships helping to drive Unique Experience forward.
Brian Lowe
Widely recognized as “B. Lowe” in the sports industry, is the visionary Founder and Principal of TeamUp Sports Consulting. With a focus on comprehensive strategic planning and innovative business solutions, Brian has cultivated a distinguished career shaping the landscape of the sports marketplace. Brian’s professional tenure spans a diverse array of roles, including business development, community affairs, media relations, marketing, sales, fundraising, and promotions. He has collaborated with renowned organizations such as the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), NFL Super Bowl Host Committee, and various professional sports teams including the Pittsburgh Pirates, Washington Nationals, Memphis Grizzlies, and Oklahoma City Energy FC. Mr. Lowe’s role is to develop new ideas and concepts separating Unique Experience from the rest.
Javon Ronel
Responsible for facility procurement and talent booking, Javon Ronel brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the table. An accomplished professional in the logistics, financial, and insurance sectors, Javon serves as the Head of Contracting for Premier Group and is the Founder of 3PL Perks. With over two decades of industry experience, he seamlessly blends his professional acumen with a deep commitment to community empowerment and youth development in the greater New Orleans area. As Chairman of the Board for SURGE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing inner-city youth with job training, life skills, arts, and sports opportunities, Javon’s leadership inspires transformative change and drives community growth. Javon skill set will help elevate Unique Experience to new heights.
